Universal Service Agreement

Fees, if applicable, are charged according to pricing displayed at the time of purchase. psb.li may change pricing at any time. Continued use after price changes constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

All payments are final. Refunds are granted only in exceptional cases, at psb.li’s sole discretion, as detailed in the Refund Policy.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, psb.li’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid to psb.li within the last ninety (90) days, or USD $100 (one hundred United States dollar), whichever is lower. psb.li is not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages of any kind.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless psb.li from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your content, your conduct, your use of the Service, or your violation of this Agreement or any law.

15. Global Applicability and Governing Law

This Agreement is intended to be globally applicable. In case of dispute, governing law and forum will be the jurisdiction chosen by psb.li, unless prohibited by mandatory local law. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.

16. Changes to Agreement

psb.li may update this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.

Liability Statement

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, psb.li’s total aggregate liability for any and all claims, losses, or damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, is strictly limited to the amount you paid to psb.li for the Service within the ninety (90) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or USD $100 (one hundred United States dollar), whichever is lower.

psb.li shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. You acknowledge that this limitation of liability is a fundamental basis of the bargain between you and psb.li.
